Either way you spell it, they are cool. Unique, modern and probably more functional for some people, these lofts not only have the master suite, but two other private rooms. The downstairs room would make a great bedroom. The upstairs room is attached to the master bedroom so it would be a great exercise room, office, nursery, or … you get the idea.
The finishes and cool features make it feel like a loft. Polished concrete floors, exposed steel stairs and high ceilings are just the beginning. The kitchens have flat paneled maple cabinets, and island high end, polished chrome fixtures.
One of the artistic features I like in these lofts is the sliding steel framed, translucent door that opens to the extra room upstairs off of the master bedroom. Speaking of the master bedroom, each one has a balcony, of course.
The Indigo Modern Lofts are another project of Rob Paulus Architect, Ltd (the architect, also known for the Ice House Lofts, Culla Di Arte Lofts, Barrio Metalico Lofts and others). So of course I have to talk about the cool green features.
Green features include: Standing Seam Metal Siding, low VOC paints, rain water harvesting and options like sustainable bamboo flooring. They are also prepared for solar energy and solar hot water heating. Each loft has the TEP Comfort Guarantee.
